Create a brand-new sauna or transform an existing traditional one into the perfect infrared or combination sauna for your home.

Custom Saunas

The process

You’re the designer! Share your vision for your custom-built home sauna, and we’ll help bring it to life. Collaborate with your Finnleo dealer, Bear North, to plan everything—measurements, layout, heater, wood type, and more.

Next, we’ll create a CAD drawing to ensure everything fits perfectly, which you and your installation team (often arranged by Bear North) will review and approve.

Once approved, we’ll handcraft your sauna as planned. We’ll precut premium wood for the walls and ceiling, pre-build the benches and door, and provide a custom infrared heating kit sized for your space. For InfraSaunas, we also manufacture your chosen heater. Bear North will receive a complete kit, ready for easy installation on your framed walls.

Custom infrared saunas

Create a new infrared sauna or transform an existing built-in traditional sauna by replacing the heater with infrared emitter panels.
